  • Shiva Temple: This temple was constructed on the place that Sai Baba (then known as Satyanarayana Raju) was born.
  • Sathyamma Temple (Sathyabhama): Satya Sai Baba's grandfather, Kondama Raju, built this temple many decades ago.

The other places of interest are the Hanuman Temple, a local Mosque and the Kalpa Vriksha or the Wish Fulfilling tree on the banks of Chitravathi river.

Apart from these attractions, the town has grown in stature due to the Philanthropy work of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. There are numerous world class educational institutes, Super-Speciality hospitals, Music and Arts institutes and a Sport Stadium.

These institutes continue to work through generous offerings of his devotees from all over the world.
