  • St. George's Church: A relic from the days of the Raj, the St. George's Church, is an excellent example of a typical Cantonment Church. Built in 1826, it was designed by Colonel J.T.Boileau. It is made of yellow ochre stucco with white dressings, giving it a very elegant yet somber look.
  • Shravanabelagola: It is the most important Jain pilgrim destination. It has Asia's tallest monolithic statute of Lord Gomateshwara at a height of 58ft. The statue sits atop the picturesque Vindhyagiri hill.
